By 2012, I had taken on the role of Site and Contracts Manager at Croydon Olive Estate. Here, I was responsible for not only the landscaping but also the meticulous maintenance and harvesting of olive orchards. Utilizing a Peralissi press, I ensured the production of high-quality olive oil, combining agricultural expertise with a keen eye for detail.
